Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for confident care.

The straightforward terms that apply to using our website and making an enquiry about WeCare2 home care services.

Last updated: 3rd September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the WeCare2 Home Services Ltd website and to initial enquiries about our domiciliary care services. WeCare2 Home Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17090869, with registered office at 48 Dartmouth St, Walney, LA14 3AS.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. These website terms do not replace the written care agreement and care plan that apply once services are arranged.

2. Our website information

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Care availability, packages, prices and suitability depend on an individual assessment and may change.

Information on this website is not medical advice and should not be used instead of advice from a qualified health professional. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent medical advice, contact NHS 111.

3. Enquiries and assessments

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a care contract. A member of our team will discuss your needs, arrange an assessment where appropriate and explain the proposed service, fees and terms before care begins.

We may contact you using the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, clarify care needs and arrange an assessment. Please make sure the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you or that you have permission to provide it.

4. Care services

Where care is agreed, the service will be delivered according to the signed care agreement, personalised care plan and applicable policies. We will work with you and your representatives to review care when needs change.

We ask clients and visitors to treat our staff with dignity and respect. We may need to pause or end a service where there is a serious safety concern, abusive behaviour, an unsafe environment or a material breach of the care agreement. We will explain the reason and work with relevant professionals wherever possible.

5. Intellectual property

The WeCare2 name, logo, written content, photographs and design of this website belong to WeCare2 Home Services Ltd or our licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use, but you must not copy, reproduce or republish our content without written permission.

6. Links and availability

This website may include links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, security or availability of external sites.

We work to keep the website available and secure, but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful material. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice.

7. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Questions and complaints

If something is unclear or you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us first so we can listen and try to resolve it. Email admin@wecare2.co.uk, call 01229 846646 or write to 48 Dartmouth St, Walney, LA14 3AS.
